Dr. Stuart Brimmell, D.C.
What I do: I have
been a chiropractor for 35+ years. I have committed that
time serving patients. I practice gentle hands-on spinal
adjusting and personally provide adjunctive soft tissue
services (trigger point therapy, thumper massage and
ultrasound), custom foot orthotics, supplementation
recommendations and lifestyle advice. I strive to take the
necessary time with my patients and I am open to their
needs.
What I
like: When I am not providing
chiropractic care, I enjoy relaxing, spend time outside,
camp, hunt, fish, run and I enjoy just about all sports.
I’ve completed and have my personal best marathon time in
the Boston Marathon. I’m a good homemaker too!
Where you’ll find me:
I'm not in the clinic, you will find me outside
somewhere or on my couch :). |

Dr. Crystal Russak,
H.B.K., M.H.S., D.C.
What I do: I have always
been passionate about a holistic approach when taking care
of the body. I believe that in order for us to thrive we
must have the perfect balance of clean nutrition, proper
biomechanics, and a thriving environment. I like to keep
up-to-date on the newest research on how to maintain this
balance and never stop learning. I look at the body as a
whole and work with my patients to connect all of the parts
through nutrition (and supplementation), diversified
adjustments and chiropractic care, and lifestyle
modifications.
I have an honours bachelor of
Kinesiology from Lakehead University and master of health
sciences in clinical nutrition and doctorate of chiropractic
from Northwester Health Sciences University. I have been a
licensed chiropractor since 2018.
What I like:
Love travelling, the water, hiking, and taco night
with margaritas :).
Where you’ll find me:
If I’m not at the clinic I am probably planning a trip or on
one! I may also be out at camp with friends and
family...trying to convince them where we should travel to
next.

Dr. Andrew Holmes, H.B.S.c., H.B.E.d., D.C.
(retired as of Oct 31, 2022, provides holiday relief for Dr.
Russck)
What I do: I have
a honours bachelor of science degree from the University of
Guelph, an honours bachelor of education from Lakehead
University and my doctorate of Chiropractic from
Northwestern Chiropractic College. Have been a licensed
Chiropractor in Ontario since 1994 and in fulltime practice
in Thunder Bay ever since. A healthy lifestyle is paramount
to our wellbeing. To this end, I attempt to lead by example
and encourage all patients to pursue healthy activities and
health promoting intervention strategies. Chiropractic care
is an important component of our healthcare strategy. Our
clinic offers Complimentary health services including
massage therapy, kinesiology, physical therapeutics,
orthotics, nutrition consultations and dietary
supplementation. These offer an excellent adjunct to my
services as a Chiropractor.
What I like: “The
real world”. I am always curious about how things work and
impressed with natures complexity. Chiropractic focuses on
our assisting our bodies efforts toward a natural balance
where we operate and feel well. I love helping others toward
that balance. I have many activities and hobbies. Many of
these are outdoors related and involve physical movement.
Fresh air, exercise, laughter, friends, family, my dogs and
great coffee all make my day!
Where You’ll find me:
Best to look outside. I will usually be busy putzing about.
Fixing or creating can certainly consume me. CHEERS |
